Onboarding & ePortal account pairing 

If you don’t have a Portomundi account yet, go to the create an account page first and follow these steps to setup your account. If you already have a Portomundi account, follow the steps below. 


When you are successfully logged in to the Portomundi platform, click on the Terminals module icon in the left pane to navigate to the Portomundi Terminals module. Activate your Terminals subscription by clicking on the Start subscription button.

If your account has not yet been configured, the first step is to link your ePortal account code. You can look up your ePortal account code via ePortal, or just by clicking on the drop-down menu. All active ePortal account codes, that are registered for your company account, will be displayed in this drop-down list.

Now select the correct ePortal account code for your Portomundi account and click on the Save button to confirm.

Note: you will be asked to accept the specific PSA Antwerp terms & conditions checkbox before you will be able to select the Save button.

Once you have successfully linked your ePortal account to your Portomundi account, you just need to top up your wallet and your account is all set. More info about topping up your wallet, go to the Top up your wallet page. 

 

Terminal visit overview 

Once you have successfully completed the ePortal code pairing, the Portomundi Terminals module will display all your active and completed terminal visits to the PSA Antwerp terminals (Q913 & 869). 

In the Portomundi Terminals menu you will be able look up all your planned, cancelled or completed terminal visits. Via the Search query field, you can look up any terminal visits by inserting text.

You can also apply filters on visit status or create a filter by your own by clicking on the 'More filters button.
