Pair your wallet with your service providers

Your wallet is ready. Now let’s connect it to the platforms you use.

To pay for services through Portomundi, your service providers need to know you have a Portomundi wallet and that you want to use it. We call this pairing. It lets your wallet be used on your service provider’s platform and lets their platform access your wallet.

You can pair from either side. Starting on the service provider’s platform takes fewer clicks.
Prefer to start from Portomundi? Here’s how:

1       Pick your service provider

Log in to Portomundi, click Service Providers in the menu on the left and select the provider you want to pair with.

Portomundi shows you which steps you still need to complete. You might need to top up your wallet, pair with the service provider, or both. Let’s pair.

2       Click “Pair your Portomundi account”

3       Log in to the provider’s platform

Portomundi takes you to the service provider’s platform. Log in there.

4       Authorise the pairing

You’ve started the pairing process. You’ll be asked to log in to Portomundi and then land on the pairing authorisation window. Click Authorise to pair.

5       Done

Congratulations! You’re now paired with your service provider and can start requesting and paying for the services you need.
