Various platform notifications

Let Portomundi keep an eye on your wallet, so you don’t have to.

Go to Settings and click Notifications. You can switch on three emails:

Low balance warning

Get an email whenever your company’s wallet drops below a value you choose. Set your threshold and we’ll send the email on Monday.

Get an email whenever your wallet doesn’t have enough funds to renew your subscription(s).

Get an email whenever your company has used up all the tokens in your subscription.

NOTE

Notification settings apply per logged-in user, not per company. Every colleague who wants these emails needs to set them up for themselves.
